HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Absolute on point dental experience. From my first initial contact with Brooklyn scheduling an appointment to get a second opinion, to the end of my successful procedure with Dr. Alderman and his assistant - Next level care. I give 10 stars. This our family's new dentist family. Calm atmosphere - Professional, honest, thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable staff.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Smiles By Hogan and Dr. Alderman. After years of bad experiences and severe dental anxiety, I had put off going to the dentist for a long time. I am dentist who had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alderman at one of the many courses he attends throughout the year to stay on top of new trends in dentistry. Like any profession there are those that are striving to be the best and those that are okay with their current status. Even rarer though is someone who is working hard to be the best while still maintaining patient centric care. That means understanding not everyone who walks in your door can is ready ideal. Meeting the patient where they are at, to find solutions that fit them at that moment in life is precisely what Dr. Alderman and we’re discussing. I went to Dr. Alderman for the first time since moving to Mount Pleasant from the west coast. The office staff was so welcoming and warm. Kelcie, the dental tech. was thorough, gentle and delightful! She put me at ease the moment I sat in the chair. Dr. Alderman was also warm and welcoming. He took the time to explain things to me which put me at ease. Coming from a dentist I had seen for over 20 years, I am absolutely thrilled to have found Smiles by Hogan and I recommend it highly!!!

Dr. Alderman and the team at Mt. Pleasant Modern Dentistry are absolutely excellent. From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, caring, and professional. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I feel comfortable and heard. I truly feel like my dental health is in great hands here. I've had more than my fair share of dental work done in my life time, unfortunately more than I care to admit. Trust me when I say I've never had an easier time in a dentist's chair than I had in Dr. Alderman's. He was gentle and really cared about how you were feeling while he was doing his work. If you have a tough time at the dentist with being handled rough or sensitivity or even being interacted with in a rude manner. Please, I highly suggest trying out Mt. Pleasant Modern Dentistry, Dr. Alderman does fast work that is done with precision, high quality, and a gentle hand. You will be treated so kindly by his front desk staff and dental assistants, they truly care about you as the patient at Mt. Pleasant Modern Dentistry.
